Hello mam my son is 3 year old but not getting healthy he is too thin even he eat properly and I feed him very well and also because of this his legs start bending from inside , please suggest something what to do .

A. Hello mom certain individual their metabolism and body type is such that they dont gain weight that very easily , inspitebof eating well , make sure sunlight exposure , calcium rich foods are included
