Q.

hello mam... my son is 2.7yrs old... He is getting thin day by day and he is also losing weight.. what should I feed him to increase his weight n health???

A. Dear mum, a 2.7 years old child should be given all family foods, 5 to 6 times a day. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
