A. Hello Mom! For your son's overall growth and development make sure you are including paneer, spinach, banana, curd, moong sprouts, ragi, almond and dals in his meals. Give nutrient packed meals like paneer paratha, idli sambhar, ragi paratha, sprout chaat, nuts ladoo etc.

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
