hello mam my periods go late then I took pregnancy test It was negative after that I took medicine for getting periods "Norethisterone". Then periods come but only for 1.5 days.Is it anything to worry

But why did you take a medicine without consulting the doctor it could have been to do hormonal changes which is common with Women so now I would suggest you to just consult your gynaecologist once they will give you a ride advice and Help on the situation
