hello mam my milk supply became very low what to do for that to increase well now my baby is 3 month n it's not enough for her n now I start formula similac plus with doc consult

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. hello and good morning take care of your diet have proteins and plenty of fluids in a day. You can start with formula but do not keep the by off the breast feeding. Continue with the supply it will help you with more milk.
