hello mam , my kid is 4yrs and 8 months is going to gymnastics and swimming and other tim also he is physically active , how to maintain his diet so that he doesn't drain out .also what to include in his diet .plz guide.

A. Maam you are including your child into two or three activities right now which requires a lot of physical strength and energy so I’m just going to recommend you if you’re looking for something which is genuinely going to be very beneficial and is going to cover all the aspects then you should consult a nutrition expert for that
