hello mam my daughter never take vegetable and pulses.. how can see improve in her total health??

A. dear mom. pulses n veggies are an imp part of our diet. you can serve it in moderation, encourage her, educate the health benefits of eating it. all the very best.

A. My entire meal plan is very important for overall growth of your child to make sure that your child is eating all the family foods plus good proteins including lentils and all kind of vegetables essential very otherwise the growth is going to be hampered
