A. Ideal weight of a 4 years old baby girl should be between 15 to 15.5 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. At this age, it is important to feed fresh, home cooked meal with full of nutrients and variety including lots of fluids like water, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, etc. Engage her in physical activities like jumping, running, hanging, cycling, swimming, etc. for height gain. Till atleast 5 years, kids are mostly fussy and picky eaters, therefore try to make eating a funtimr and do not forcefeed. Serve in kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw and in different colors and shapes. Give lots of finger foods to develop chewing habits.
