hello mam... my breast become so saggy after breastfeeding. I have a child of three years. I have reduce my breast size from 32 to 28. please tell me something how to get rid of this problem. thank you mam in advance

You should go ahead with tightening Of the breast with the exercise That is going to actually focus on to your breast area the size cannot be reduced but with proper exercising hopefully you can have a firm rest over the period that is also not going to be easy it will require a lot of hard work
