hello mam. my baby was premature born. he is 3 months old.... now his weight grow is very slow .... how can growth weight of my baby... he is only feeding mother milk

A. Dear parent, you should continue to feed mothers milk to your baby exclusively. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
