Hello mam My baby is 9 and half months old She is just 7.2 kg She is not gaining weight She is on top feed totally since birth She has been on soya milk(formula) since her 4th month She gets loose motions frequently Pls suggest some tips for weight gain

There may be teething trouble or digestive trouble
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
Give adequate water
Maintain hydration
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein at six months weight should be double to birth weight
