hello mam, my baby is 4month old and I m Breastfeeding mother also giving cow milk 2 times a day.my question is that I m working women and it is not possible to Breastfeed and 2 times cow milk is not sufficient so what another food I have to give to my child.plz guide

A. Hello mom if possible the best of all options would be you can pump your milk and store & that can be given in your absences, also take support of formula milk, weaning foods can best be introduced from the age of 5 month onwards.
