Hello mam my baby is 3 month old and he is suffering from cough and cold i have given medicine betnesol and nasol drop but he is again and again suffered the same further and his vaccination date is about the corner need to know in these lockdown situation how to vaccining to him

A. Your baby is getting coughs and cold on and off this may be due to some allergy like dust and smoke or pollens you should protect him from allergy.you must not give betnesol as it is steroids and any vaccinations can be delayed by one or two weeks.

A. please do not use betnesol it is very very dangerous if used in small babies for long time only in emergency is it has to be used for a day or two stop immediately betnesol you can postpone vaccination another 3 to 4 weeks not a problem
