my baby is 15 days it's suffering cold and cough i am use maxtra drop 3 time in a days but not relief plz suggest another medicine

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be assvociated symptoms like cough and fever which needs tgreatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

The Just 15 days old do not give any medicine from your own side and if this medicine as prescribed by a doctor then you continue with that and also give indirect steam to the child regularly two times in a day about 10 minutes each that is also way to help a lot in reducing it
