A. That is not an big issue, that is totally depends on child growth...which diffrent among all kids, some of starts early & some of takes a time. So engage your self as much as with your kid.

A. babies take their own time but put your efforts by making them hear various audios... of words... show them books etc

A. you can weight in 3 year of age for your baby to speak in complete meaningful sentences till then keep interacting as much as possible with the baby in the language you speak

A. If The child is not speaking at all as of now first you get a check with an ENT doctor to know whether there is a delay or any other issue and if there is no issue you can wait for one more year otherwise you can take a guidance from a speech therapist on this
