Q.

hello mam my baby is 1 month 21days old . they not gave a feed withing 8 hour , and than my Brest is to heavy so what can i do.. please answer me.

A. Hello good morning !! Due to not giving feed for long hours excessive milk formed as lumps . Do hot pack ( cloth dipped in warm water keep on place where you feel pain , Hard lumps) and express out excess milk you will get relief . Normally feed every two hours direct feed if you're not available express out milk and store in feeding bottle and feed in your absence by doing this no lumps will be formed.
