Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy23 hours agoA. Hey! Can be milk residue. Wipe it off gently with a soft cotton cloth. If it is dry skin gently apply Babyhug sensitive peach milk cream or lotion on the affected areas. Consult your doctor for further assistance
