hello mam , muze period ka problem hai . mere periods ulternet month aate hai , our Jo month nahi aate wo month may muze heat ka problem hota hai , pimple aate hai , acidity hoti hai , pet may garam hata hai chidchidapan aata hai ...meri 16 months ki beti hai ..to muze kya karna chahiye or medicine kya Leni chahiye ? plz answer me..thanku in advance 🙏

Yes It is not good for your system in general so you should get a check with your doctor once the doctor would advise you with a proper medicine which would help in regulating your cycle and the system and that’s the right things that you can do for yourself as of now
