hello mam meri delivery ko 2 months hone wale hai but mere periods proper band nahi hue hai twice in week dropping hoti rehti hai

Would suggest you to consult your doctor for further evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
