hello mam.. meri beti ka weight gain nhi ho rha so plz suggest some suggestion..

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Give your child, dal, chawal , Roti, sabji. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced.
