Hello mam. meri beti ka tabiyat kharab ho gaya hai.. coughing and cramps feel kar rahi hai body me.. and height v kam growth ho raha he.. kindly help kijiye mam

Then please connect with your doctor because for coughing you can give medicine to the child but if your child is also having cramps then you need to understand what maybe the reason behind it and according to that they can assist you with the medicine to be given
