Hello mam , meri baby 1.8 years hai aor mera tummy ekdum loose hai tight nahi hai aor ziyada bada b hai mai kaise Kam karoun isey?

A. Post pregnancy weight loose karna difficult hota hai especially after few months. To reduce, aap and diet mein fiber and protein rich foods include karein and well hydrated rahein with variety of fluids. Sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods ka intake limited rakhein. Skin toning exercises karein like squats, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, cycling, breathing and Yogasnas. Morning mein sabse pehle warm jeera water drink karein daily.
