hello mam mere period miss huye kafi tim ehoagya 8 may ko hon atha abhi tak huye nahi preganancy test kiya jab bi kiya 2 lin edark and second halki ari ab phir kiya to usme ek hi lin sari bs uske.baad white si lin rahi please aap muje batayega kya me pregnant hu ya nahi

once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required

Stay hydrated
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
