Hello mam mera beta Rajvansh 2nd june ko 5year ka ho jaega aajkal vo raat ko achhe se nhi sota hai or uth kar bate karta hai..

you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it xalways improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improvingx the night time sleeping time .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Maybe your child is having some discomfort maybe nightmares or something which is why your child wakes up in the middle middle of the night or the child would be hungry so you need to figure out the correct reason after monitoring the behaviour of the child
