hello mam mera beta 2 years old tha unko 102 fever tha paila paracetamol diyatha per 1 hour ke baad meftol p diyatha abi fevar tha mai kya karu

A. hi...if tge temprature e is not responding after givibg paracetomol and meftal, do start doing tepid dponging with room temprature water. .itwill definetely help you . all the very best
