hello mam mera beta 11 month ka ho gya h or uska sir bhot taapp raha h kbhi kbhi full body gram rhti or pura time rota rhta h bus plz something tell me ki kya kru uske liye

We have to take the temperature with a thermometer and if you see that the temperature is about 99°F or more than it is fever in that case you should give paracetamol but if it is lower than that then it is a normal body temperature and nothing is needed to be done
