hello mam.. mera bachha ek sal ka ho gya hai kya mai ab use namak Or chhini de sakti hun? aur khana kitti bar khila sakti Or cow milk start kiya maine toh milk kitti bar dena hai?

Yea salt & sugar can be added in moderation.
also cow's milk can be started , initially diluting with water, once a day. later on you can give 2 cups a aday.
all home cooked foods should be given.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi yes mom sugar and salt can be given in moderation..use good alternatives fur sugar like honey or jaggery....can give cow milk..the quantity should not exceed 500 ml in a day....continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization..use Babyhug feeder to feed milk..they have steel feeder..which is best
