if a child is showing any other discomfort like irritability , feeling difficulty while passing stool or stool in too much watery consistency , constant stomach pain etc then please visit your pediatrician
otherwise no need to worry.
continue with breastfeeding.
keep an eye on your child diet as it could be reaction of food
