hello mam Mera 6.5 week chal raha h last mei 20 may ko period hua tha. aaj check up karyaa toh baby ka heartbeat nai ayaa. esa hona normal h yah koi prb h.. mei wait Karo 1 week yah nai. generally kitne week mei a jati h heartbeat

A. repeat the scan after one or two weeks. if still not there then maybe you need to abort. rest it's quite difficult to tell anything without examination and investigation
