hello mam mei ek 5 months Beti ki mother hu mam Mujhe 21 Nov. ko periods hue uske baad phir 10th of December ko periods hue kya yeh normal hai

A. after delivery periods may remain irregular for a few months when started Sinha need to worry just have good nutrition along with adequate water intake also try to take good sleep whenever baby is sleeping

A. Hello dear parent, pregnancy ke baad periods ko normal hote hote time lag jata hai. Kisi ko kam time lagta hai kisi ko zyada. Toh aap pareshan no hoiye. Aap apni diet khaiye aur hygiene maintained rakhiye. Pani bhi bhot piya kijiyye. Doctor ko consult kijiye agar zyada problem ho toh.
