hello mam. mam meri beti 4 yr ki abi hui h.. weight nd height bht hi kam h.. khana bhi sahi se nhi khati h..weight 12, kg nd height 3 ft bhi nhi h.. height k lia kuch batae plzs

A. Try increasing her outdoor play time atleast 60 mins a day and also include protein in every meal like paneer lentils legumes ragi and healthy fats like desi ghee in meals of the child take care
