Hello mam ,mai 7 week pregnant hu mam .,mam mujhe sar dard or legs pain bahut rhta hai or kuch bhi nhi khaya jata kuch bhi nhi mam lakin bhuk lgti hai mam or constipation rahta hai bus maan kharb rahta hai vometing nhi hoti jabardasti krni padti hai mai jb halat khrb ho jati hai tb ...plzzz kya karu mai mam
