Hello mam… I wanted to ask that my Bp comes to avg of 60-65/90-95 after delivery. Its been 6 months.I am all the time feeling low and irritated since i am breastfeeding. I don’t have enough energy left Please guide

A. Hi, These are sign of internet weakness dear. Have Dashmularishta post pregnancy for good strength. Have iron calcium supplements till you are breastfeeding. Have milk twice by adding proteins powder. Also don't take any kind of stress.
