Hello mam..I'm pregnant right now and it's just first month of my preg.. just want to know whether I can take cord lever fish oil supplements and also probiotic supplement during pregnancy??

Hello,my advice is you should first consult your doctor as sometimes supplements didn't suite your body and at early stage of pregnancy you need to be very careful and having supplements during pregnancy is not a good idea as it effects your baby,so be very careful at this time.
