Q.

Hello... mam I'm having 20days old baby girl.. my milk supply is not enough for the baby.. and she is not latching..what should I do to increase my breastmilk???shall I give cow milk to the baby?

A. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods have more fruits and veggies
