Hello mam I have c - section delivery 20 days ago Now I have very much pain in my anal area due to piles. I m using ointment for that nd had taken pain killer and Eva - Q syrup also but anything is not working. I still have pain while passing gas nd before and after passing stools. Please advice something mam . Sometimes during stool passing pain is unbearable.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Use Xylocaine Topical anesthetics, can be used before a bowel movement to reduce pain.
Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements.
Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day.

You Should consult your gynaecologist Dil advise you with the right medicine for your anal fissures and still you do not feel he is with it the doctor would advise you further treatment for that because a lot of women can suffer with piles after the delivery that’s a very common thing actually
