hello mam, I have been miscarriaged twice.. I lost my pregnancy two times because of not having growth of baby after one and half month... I have make all tests but all is normal.. mam plz tell me the reason

It Sometimes could be due to deficiency of vitamin D in the body because I have seen that a lot of times people can have miscarriages and they have to abort the child because of deficiency of vitamin D three so get a test done for D3 or B 12 also that’s what is going to give you better clarity
