hello mam . I have 3 month old baby breast milk is not sufficient to my baby . please give me suggestions

A. hi mam , milk secretion mostly work on demand and supply so I advise to give plenty of breastfeeds to your child. but while feeding,make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply. mam ,you can take some food items like nuts , dry fruits, spinach soup or juice , drumsticks soup , fennel seeds or jeera water for this too
