hello mam, I have 10 months old daughter and I am continuing feeding baby. recently I took normal routine blood test for thyroid and came to know my vitamin D is low had only 16 . and hemoglobin also 10.5 so what to do to improve my vitamin D.

A. you had to take supplements of vitamin d and calcium also you can take ossopan d tablets take a lot of dairy products source of calcium and vitamin D the exposure to sunlight will help

A. hi it is common problem now a days please avoid taking RO water first. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day which will help in good formation of vitamin D. take millets like ragi,jowar in your diet.
