hello mam I am suffering from thyroid deases.now my tsh value is 39.20.and I am painining whole body.and always feel tired please suggest me any medicine

A. you need proper medicines it is not possible to treat diseases like thyroid deficiency just by giving opinion on this platform you must be continuous monitoring by your doctor if you have to take thyroxine hormone is in a phased manner after knowing the TSH levels all these things are possible only with direct intervention of a doctor please contact your local doctor
