hello mam I am pregnant itz 24 weeks 1 day sides of stomatch and back is paining can u please help me out of this I can't even lie down properly

A. get ultrasound a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
