hello mam i am mother of 2 kids and i am 28 years old....i need to loose my weight so please help me out how can i loose my weight....

A. Hello To lose weight, pls you can 1. Include nutritive foods like egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, milk, curd, Vegetables, soup, fruits in your diet 2. Avoid sugar, sweets. junk foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast

A. you can take up some classes as Zumba classes or yoga classes or gym.. take care of diet... restrict sweet sugar intake.. avoid oil spicy foods... drink plenty of water.. take whole grain, sprouts ,salad..
