Hello Mam I am Father of Shriyan khanna age 2.7 month, shriyan is avoiding food to eat from last two month, he only asked for chocolates everytime and kinder joy , please suggest me how I give him proper diet.

A. hi sir , first stop buying such unhealthy food items. offer healthy options like fruits, homemade fruit popsicles, fruits smoothie , golpappdi, dates ladoo,dry fruits ,dry fruits ladoo, etc set good example of following healthy eating habits. set one or two day in a month on which your child can eat this type of stuff. tell stories which explain benefits of healthy eating habits.
