hello mam, I am Arati Prajapati After pragnecy my weight has gained, now 78 kg. and Pain in the joints of the legs due to excess weight. any advise madam.

A. Hello Arati For losing weight, you can 1. Include foods like skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, Vegetables fruits nuts daily In your meals . 2. Avoid fried foods, bakery foods biscuits, junk & sugary drinks 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast 4. Drink lot of water
