hello mam ,how to use the belt to reduce my belly fat

A. Don't worry for tummy It will take time to decrease size. Give more attention to feeding and diet part. Start yoga and mild exercise at home only. Avoid heavy exercise. If possible use tummy belt It will help. Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery. Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping. Application of tila tail every morning is also good. Kandharasana for your pelvic area, Bhujanga Asana to strengthen your abdomen muscles and tone them.Tadasana or mountain pose is great for your whole body. after 6-7months you can do complex yoga poses like the Surya Namaskara. Take syp dashmularishta twice a day for 1month Take proper balanced diet take all types of food item eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. Eat all green vegetables in diet Drink plenty of water

A. its a myth that maternity belt is used to reduce belly fat. though it is 100% harmless unless you feel irritation on your skin. belts helps to maintain body balance and it tightens your belly muscles but does not reduce belly fat.
