hello mam , how much cows milk can be given to 1 year old. till now the baby was in breastfed.

A. Hello mom Now your baby is one year old and it is totally safe to start giving cows milk to your baby rather than this. There is no food restriction so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan and you can give milk according to babies diet. There is not any particular particular quantity
