Hello mom Its hormonal problems that occur this loss of hair and the skin gets dull for Some but over a period of time it all get settle down try to have a good healthy meals and have a good proteins such as dals and legumes ,dry fruits ,milk and milk products , soya, eggs etc also apply some hibiscus oil or coconut oil on your hair regularly and use very mild shampoo
