hello mam gud evening. mam meri delivery ko 1 year hone wala hai. par jo stitch mark hote hai wo abi be hai .

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes it takes time ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

you can apply aloevera gel or Olive oil on affected area and give gentle massage for 30 minutes daily before taking bath
you can apply cocoa butter twice a day
please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet
