hello mam am lakshmi 46 yrs old iam suffering from osteo arthritis my height 5.2 & my weight is 74kgs my doctor suggested me reduce weight how can I reduce weight please suggest me some diet chart dr

A. Hi Mam, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose weight naturally. Exercise atleast 30 mins. Avoid refined carbs, sugar, fried foods etc. Always choose healthy proteins. Drink plenty of water. Thank you.
