hello mam After delivery my fourhead and saids of fourhead it has become black please suggest some cream mam

A. hello mam,my daughter is 6 months old she is suffering from full of cough and cold, voice also have changed mam , suggeste some home remedy mam,she is having my brest milk mam and I think because of me she is suffering, I have started to drink and eat cold water, Ice creams, juice, curd ect in this summer.
